I have a valid licence for v.10.1 and upgraded to v.10.1.030 ten days ago. Could I upgrade to v.11? If so, how do I do that?

Just log in to the Intel Registration Center and it will show you the latest version you are eligible to install. Download and install it. I checked and your support term ends next month, so you're eligible for the current 11.0 version.

Log back into the Intel Registration Centerand click on that "10.1 (030)" value; it has an embedded link to the download files and some pull-down selections that allow you to navigate to the 11.0 download files.
After clicking on that value, when the new screen appears, use the pull-down selections under the list of download files to set the Release pull-down to 11.0. The second pull-down will auto-populate with the latest 11.0 update build. Once the screen redraws the download files above these pull-downs will be for the latest 11.0 Release. Select the download file of interest to download.

"We are sorry but your license is expired. Please purchase a renewal or extend your evaluation period in order to get the most recent downloads."
Further down is a box showing three products I purchased some time ago and the support licenses have expired. But the one I purchased on April 4 (received April 8), 2008, is not listed, although I saw it there last time on 3/9/09. I wonder why it does not show up since I typed the S/N for this product when I logged in. Besides, Steve confirmed that my support term ends next month.
What can I do? Did I do anything wrong? I need to download it today since I am taking vacation from 3/23 to 4/7/09.

I'm sorry, but I cannot explain why this is happening. Steve is correct, your current S/N support expires on 4/8/2009, and therefore you should have access to the 11.0.072 download files you see.
At this point I advise visiting the Intel Registration Center Help page (here) and start a Chat with an agent.
I apologize for the difficulties you have experienced.

I switched from Firefox to IE7 and did the same thing. The lower left corner of the IE window showed ! Error on page. Now I have both browser open and I am still waiting for the reply.
Should I Send and wait while it is Offline? Is it possible that I need to wait for more than 45 minutes?

I escalated this to our Start-up Support team requesting someone contact you directly.
Please do not worry that you will not be able to obtain the 11.0 compiler after your vacation and after your Support Services expires on 4/8/09. We can still provide the 11.0.072 updatethroughIntel Premier if necessary after your vacation. The compiler contained in the 11.0.072 update package pre-dates your support services expiration, therefore, your license will still permit installing this 11.0 update after 4/8/09.

Chuck Broward did some work and help me downloaded the v.11.0 file. I could not do the installation before I receive the license file form the registration center. I will do that after I come back from my vacation.
I suppose the case is closed. Thank you.
