I have installed the parallel studio fortran xe2013. Which version of Visual Studio do I need and where do I get it?

Intel Visual Fortran Composer XE 2013 includes a Fortran development environment based on Visual Studio 2010 Shell. We offer installs with and without the shell. If you chose an install without the shell, uninstall it, go to the Intel Registration Center and download the installer that says it "Includes Microsoft Visual Studio Shell". Install that,
If you have an evaluation license, you won't see this option. In that case we suggest downloading a trial version of VS2013 Professional Edition (or higher) from Microsoft.
