where is the macro recorder in VS2012

Where is the macro recorder in VS2012? Shift-control-R and -P used to work great. But they don't seem to do anything in VS2012. Brian in Austin, Texas

Thanks, Steve.  I took a look at the stackoverflow thread.  Where there's a will there's a way.  The lua addin looks like something I might try, but it'll have to wait until things slow down a little around here.
