Can't install Intel GPA

I removed the older version of GPA that I had, to install the latest one, and now it doesn't even start the install process, I receive this error:

Iwant to try to debug a vulkan application, I already installed Vulkan SDK and Runtime, but I can't install GPA now.

Any suggestions on what can be done?

Could you please provide me with more details regarding the GPA Installer failure you've experienced?

1) When you removed the older version of GPA, did you uninstall it using the windows "installed apps" (also known as "add or remove programs") window? If not, how did you remove it?

2) Did you install the 2023.4 release (see release page here)?
