Hi,
I am trying to analyze and compare CPU and GPU load in vulkan and opengl application. Though I am able to connect System Analyzer to opengl application and getting data, in case of Vulkan application I am getting following error:
Connection to graphics monitor failed. Make sure graphics application is running on target machine.
Is it because the tool cannot detect a vulkan application?
Thanks
Priyanka

Hi Priyanka,
Thank you for using Intel GPA. We currently do not support the Vulkan API but plan to in the future! As for OpenGL, we should work just fine. :)
If you could please private message me with the type of project you are using the Vulkan API for, it will help us prioritize supporting this API.
Thanks!
Seth

Also, I noticed you are running graphics monitor so you must be using a windows host. What is your target system for OpenGL analysis? We support OpenGL profiling on Ubuntu officially, but I'm curious how you are using GPA and OpenGL.
Best,
Seth
