GTI Read Throughput units

When measuring GTI Read Throughput, System Analyzer (GPA version 19.4.353479) on Windows 10 on a HD Graphics 530 I see numbers like 400B bytes/us. However the Gen 9 specs give a GTI bandwidth of 64 bytes/clock. Assuming the max boost clock of 1150 Mhz that gives a max of 73600 bytes/us which is well below 400B. How do I reconcile these differences?
