We don't provide older versions of Intel® GPA.
Can you tell me why you need it?
If it's a space issue you can try our cli version (Windows only) - Intel® GPA Framework. Framework is available as a separate download (scroll down on this page - https://software.intel.com/gpa/download). Framework is basically the backend of Graphics Frame Analyzer, and has many command line options available.
