Intel LAPQC71C NUC Laptop Kit – Keyboard Backlight Not Working in Windows 11 (Fn+F7)

I have an Intel Client Systems LAPQC71C NUC Laptop Kit with i7-9750H and RTX 2060 running Windows 11 Pro 25H2.

The keyboard backlight illuminates during POST/boot, confirming the LEDs and hardware are functional.

The keyboard backlight key (Fn+F7) does not function in Windows.

Intel Driver & Support Assistant reports no missing drivers and only suggests a graphics update.

I cannot locate any Control Center, Hotkey Utility, Keyboard Backlight Utility, or NUC Software Studio package for the LAPQC71C.

Can Intel provide the correct software package or advise how keyboard backlight control is supported under Windows 11 for this model?
