Killer performance suite fail installation error code 1603

Hi,

     I am an old "beginner" who has been using Windows computers for 30 years.

     I'm not sure what board this should go under.  It has to do with Intel Killer Performance Suite -- Installation failed with error code 1603.  

     What does it mean -- in fairly plain English?

      I see a similar question by gjback58 back on 3/8/2024,  but I could not understand the back and forth.

      I am attaching my computer's info.

The memory leak persists and requires further debugging.
