Hello - instructions for configuring the metrics are under options in Graphics Monitor. See https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/gpa/user-guide/2023-2/configure-a-metric-set.html
Notes:
- in step 3.5 in the doc, "select active metric set" - to find the dropdown list of metrics sets, scroll down past the tons of CPU metrics, when you get to the GPU metrics look on the right side of the window - default is RenderBasic, but you can change to one of the L3 cache metrics sets if that is what you are interested in.
- the metrics sets are not mutually exclusive.
- the available metrics differ based on graphics driver and platform.
If you are running on an NVIDIA card you won't have access to the hardware metrics.

Maybe this post will be helpful too. It shows how to change the metrics you are viewing real time: https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Graphics-Performance/some-metrics-are-not-available-in-system-analyzer/td-p/1519899

Did you try using System Analyzer and choose different metrics sets to find the data you seek?
