After Changing the BIOS :(

Hey everyone..
I updated my BIOS because the graphics were stuck on 4-bit..
After the update the Problem i had got solved but my USB stopped working
I inserted my mouse in all the ports it dint work so i thought of installing the older BIOS
But when i Finished the setup , the computer restarted and sumthing came up on my screen :(
It was bit like This ...
This Computer is more than 2.60 Ghz...
I have 2.80 GHz
Pleze help Me
