Does processor Xeon Gold 6248 @2.5G support AVX512_VNNI instruction set?

Hello,

I have a PC and processor is Xeon Gold 6248 @2.5G. I found it supports AVX512_VNNI instruction according to the intel specification.
but when I write a code using VPDPWSSD, the program crash.
VPDPWSSD zmm0, zmm1, zmm2
Can you give me some advice for AVX512_VNNI instruction?
