In the latest revision of Software Developers Manual (from May 2020), Section 2.5 INTEL INSTRUCTION SET ARCHITECTURE AND FEATURES REMOVED, HLE is listed as removed from products since 2019. Additionally, from information online (e.g. https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/199332/intel-core-i9-10900k-processor-20m-cache-up-to-5-30-ghz.html) it looks like Comet Lake doesn't support TSX completely. The recent leaks about Rocket Lake showing CPU-Z screenshots indicate that it won't support TSX either.

So is TSX considered dead in the consumer/desktop segment?
