Hi everybody,

Is there an Intel SDK that emulates SSE4.x and\\or AVX instruction setson an IntelCPU that doesn't support these sets?

Yes, there is. If you read the very first thread of this Forum (Intel Software development emulator 4.46 released) you will find the link to http://www.intel.com/software/sde which does all you need and more.
