A change in XED (https://github.com/intelxed/xed/commit/1b2fd944251c5dd6c9e2e40060759fcea3a45741) has made me look at the mentioned SDM page again. I think it would be nice to extend the change mentioned there (naming the 16-bit form of MOVSXD explicitly) to MOVSX as well - it too has a MOV-like 16-bit form. Same goes for MOVZX then.
Furthermore I think the "Compat/Leg Mode" column should indicate "N.E." for all MOVSXD forms, not just the one with a 64-bit destination.
