Need help with intel software development emulator

I downloaded intel sde from the official website and extracted it using winrar and when i try to run sde it just opens for a second and then closes. I even tried to extract it using 7zip and also tried to run as administrator but it nothing works. Can anyone help me

Do you use cygwin? you can try running chmod +x on all the SDE files extracted from the kit.
