I guess this error is reported by instrumentation framework. It tries to intercept various system calls, but notices that some other application injected its code at the same location. This code injection could be done by various antivirus software or some other monitoring tool. I suggest to try to either disable antivirus and repeat this run or to add your application to antivirus exclude list. If it doesn't help, try collect list of modules loaded by your application process (e.g. run it under debugger without analysis tool) and see if there are some unexpected ones.
