Adding metadata to encoded H264 sequence of frames

Hello, all.
I have realized transformation from YUV420 frame to H264 frame (realized via UMC::H264VideoEncoder::GetFrame()).
Can I add a metadata to received sequence of frames to get a fully completed clip?
How can I do it?

What do you mean under metadata for fully completed stream?
