There isresampling functionality inIPP, seespeech recognition domain header ippsr.h : for example,ippsResamplePolyphase_32f(...) etc.

You may look for HowTo'sfor this functionalityintoIPP freely available the speech-recognition sample: ./speech-recognition/speech-processing/Resampling.
