Change alpha of specific color in image

is there a way to change alpha value of specific color in image ?
i thought Threshold_Val can be used but ignored Alpha channel.

Hello,

Do you want to have threshhold operation on the Alpha channel as well? Threshold_GTVal/Threshold_LTVal function support C4 format for image. That may help.
