Dilate IPP2018: Doc error or missing func?

Hi,

According to IPP2018 documentation - Developer Reference, Volume 2: Image Processing -  the func ippiDilate_<mod>(...) supports 8u_C1R and others.
However, the func ippiDilate_8u_C1R(...) is not coded in any of the  ipp*.h files.

So - is this a documentation problem or do I miss one of the code files?

For the Dilate API, here is manual I see: https://software.intel.com/en-us/ipp-dev-reference-dilate

They are in the ippcv_l.h header file. Could you have a check?
