Does IPP have EVRC-B support?

Hello,

I need to build aEVRC-B codec (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EVRC-B).

I was wondering if there is support for EVRC-B inIPP, as I know it is also part of VoIP codecs (http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc4788.txt).

If there is no full support, I would be happy to learn about partial one as well.

If there is any support for EVRC codec, I'd be happy to know as well.
