Faux Stereo

Has anyone tried the Faux Stereo example on page 173 of Stewart Taylor's book 'How to Optimize Software Applications Using Intel IPP'?

If so I just can't get the stereo effect - I'm not sure about the angle array that should be supplied, can anyone enlighten me?

I've tried using the same value for each elemnt of the array, I've used values (in radians) between -45 to +45 degrees - just shifts the signal between the ears like a balance control.

Obviosuly I'm missing something very basic.

All help appreciated :)
