GetTime problem with MPEG-4 interlaced

Have MPEG-4 interlaced file that decodes properly with IPP 6.0.0.062 but has problem with 7.0.4. VideoOut GetTime method with 6.0.0.062 returns 33ms spacing between frames, correct for full not interlaced. But 7.0.4 returns 16ms spacing, as if it was returning frames with each interlaced  half-frame, but actual video appears to be the same full frames returned by 6.0.0.062. Result is that player plays the video at twice normal speed, having been given bad frame time stamps. Can someone confirm this is a v7 bug? Thanks.
