H263 Encoder - Change resolution

Hello,

I download the trial version of Intel IPP.

I develop VoIP application (through RTP) with H263, H264 codec.

Can I change picture resolution in H263 encoder?

In H263 encoder the SetParams is not implemented.

If I create a new H263 encoder with new picture resolution the decoded picture is not correct on the other side.

Hello,

You need to resize the video befor you encoding the the input frame.
