H264 decoded frame corrupted

Sir/Madam,

We have developed a player that can connect to IP cameras and get the video stream and display

It supports MPEG4,H264 and others with audio. We use livemedia as streaming library

Till recently everything was working fine, but now suddenly h264 decoder is behaving strangely, its decoding and giving corrupted frames, bottom some part is corupted

We have tried in both 5.3 and 6.0 IPP

previously same stream was working fine,but now some problem

its working fine in VLC and quicktime player

please help

My first guess is you have lost some packets during transmittion of video over IP network.
