H264 decoder binary code size

I tried to enable/disable the 9-12 bit define, but it doesnt seem to affect code size.

Is there a way to optionaly compile the various exotic h264 decoder functionality?

Hi Stefan,

we are trying to minimize conditional compiling in IPP samples as it introduces a lot of headaches at testing and validation time.
