I Am thinking of buying a new video card but i dont know if ican disable these ****ty intel hd graphics when i do install it? does anyone know how? is it even possible?

You have posted your question in a forum dedicated to the Intel Integrated Performance Primitives software product. We don't deal with generic PC questions here. However, I will comment that it is usually the case that installing a dedicated video card disables any integrated graphics.
