How different is IppiFilterBorder from other filters (gaussian, etc)? Is this filter just doing convolution with any user defined kernel?

Hi,

yes, this filter can perform an filter/convolution with the user defined kernel. Also, the function can handle the image border data according to the "Type of border" parameter.
