How to integrate UIC with IPP 2022 version

I have been using an older version of IPP along with UIC and IPPLegacy. Now I have upgraded my IPP version to 2022.

Can I use UIC along with the newer 2022 version of IPP or does IPP 2022 can do all those operations done in UIC and IPPLegacy by itself

Example: In my code, I have used UIC and IPPLegacy to create BMP, PNG, JPEG images from pixels stored in IPP pointers

The Image codec functions have been deprecated from IPP around 10 years ago. What we can support now are the two articles below:
