IPP Compatibility

Are IPP libraries compatible with the following OS:

- Windows CE.NET 4.2

- Windows CE 6.0

- Windows XP embedded

Regarding the CPUs, are IPP compatible with:

- Intel Xscale PXA-255 (400MHz)

- Intel Atom Z510

We are specially interested on compatibility of the image processing routines.
