IPP cross platform problem

Hi, guys

Is there any possibile that IPP can be used for EFI driver/application development? EFI also uses MS or Intel compiler but cannot call any of the OS-specific functions.

In another way my question is that can IPP used in non-OS development if target application uses MS compiler as their build tools?
