IPP for IPX

Hello experts,

I have a handheld computer (an ARM4 running Windows CE 6.0) that needs some fast image processing capabilities and I came across IPP. I was told that IPP for IPX is what I need but I don't seem to be able to find that product. Any help is appreciated.
