IPP5.0 slower than IPP2.0?

Hello,
Ihave just upgraded from IPP 2.0 to IPP 5.0. Surprisingly my software is running slower now. The difference is 10% (on a P4-Non-Prescott) and even about 25% (P4-Prescott with disabled HT). I'm using a mix of IPP-functions. What could be the reason?

P.S.: I had to fix a versionincompatiblity in the function ippmTranspose_m_64f. But nothing else was changed.
