Hi,
I'm installing the latest release and at our company we have a strict policy on where to install third party tools and libraries. Alas: the intel installer insists on adding it's own path after my selection of the destination folder. Why call this 'Choose destination folder' ? Very annoying. :-(
Greetings,
Rob

Hi Rob,
thanks for reporting in this. I will pass this info to IPP install team for consideration. I think they may need some additional information from you:
-what IPP version do you use. What is installer application name.
-do you use IPP standalone product or it is Intel Parallel Studio suite?
-what is target OS
Regards,
Vladimir

Thanks for your reaction.
The IPP version is 6.1.2.041. The ia32 variant.
The installer is w_ipp_ia32_p_6.1.2.041.exe
I use the standalone version.
The target OS is Windows. ( XP - currently )
Regards,
Rob
