Linking IPP with MinGW

Hello everyone.
I tried to link IPP libraries (*.lib) using MinGW compiler (Windows OS). My attempt failed. The reason - MinGW cannot link with VS libs.
Can anybody tell me how can I manage to link IPP libraries using MinGW?
