Hi,
In your documentation about UMC, it's written that the AAC_Encoder class compresses uncompressed PCM fil into a compressed AAC file. However, what kind of PCM input file does it accept? Wav? RAW (header-less)? gsm?...
I don't really get what kind of PCM file is needed for the conversion, because my 16bit, mono, PCM file, obtained from a sndfile capture doesn't seem to work, nor my WAV file.
Regards.
Rodolphe Fouquet.

Hello,
UMC media codecs designed to consume raw, header less data. Did you specified in AAC encoder parameters that your input is single channel?

Vladimir
