I am writing an application to receive an MPEG-4 video stream from an IP camera that supports MPEG-4 Simple Profile and Adanced Simple Profile on Windows* through RTSP/RTP/UDP .

Is IPP 5.1 capable of decoding these MPEG-4 profiles on Windows*?
