Need to get audio codec libraries for windows 2008

Hi,

This is Bharat. I am working on voice compression. I have intel audio codec libraries which is not supporting Windows 2008 server.

Can any one tell about the latest audio codec libraries which have the windows 2008 support and from where I can download them.

Hi,

probably you must download install Windows Media Services role (it should include Windows Media Encoder and codecs). Try check under this link: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc771560(WS.10).aspx

You get Windows Media Player access if you enable Desktop Experience feature on 2008 server features list in server manager.

But I need libraries which support to convert the G711 audio into G729 audio. I have libraries which supporting Windows 2000 server but not working on Windows 2008. Libraries like ippcore.lb etc..

Please give me link from where I download these libraries which support Windows 2008 Operation System.

Intel IPP supports Microsoft* Windows Server 2008. Please refer to system requirement document.
