Operation on a planar color image

I have an RGB Planar image, I find peaks in each plane(using ippiFindPeaks3x3_32f_C1R)and then I have to find if the peaks in all the three planes are aligned. If not I have to remove those peaks.
Can somebody please suggest me if there is any way to check their alignment in IPP.

May be i am mistaken, but I think that there no such special functions.
