Is there a way to bubble up the picture timing SEI (or at least the timing information in the SEI) and the timing information in the MPEG-2 GOP header to the application?
If you are talking about H.264 encoder, then refer to readme file (..\w_ipp-samples_p_7.0.1.041\ipp-samples\audio-video-codecs\codec\h264_enc)- SEI is not supported.
Known Limitations
- Annex D - SEI (Supplemental Enhancement Information) is not supported.
No I am talking about the decoders (H264 & MPEG-2). I would like to attach the timing information from the SEI message (H264) and GOP header (MPEG-2) to the decoded picture so that the application has it.
