Question involving IPP runtime distribution

We would like to know whether we can distribute your IPP runtime distribution.

We do not hold a developer license for your IPP product but our supplier does. Our supplier makes use of your libraries in their code. Our supplier ships us their dll but in order for our clients to run the supplier's code we also require your runtime distribution.

Can we include your IPP distribution as part of our application installation?
