I need to use ROI for Discrete Fourier Transform inthe bitmap (something like a convolution). I use ScanLine function (Delphi)to load bitmap into array and set RoiSize to 9x9 (used in Alloc). But DFTfwd function returns values only for 9 values and the restare zeros. How to use arbitrary ROI in the bitmap for DFT? Thx
