Are these 2 random generators in the signal processing section guaranteed to generate the sameoutput from the same seed

-in future versions of the library?

-most importantly, accross different CPU's? (basically asking if there were speed optimizations that may not produce the same results)

Hello,

The same IPP random number generator function should provide the same result for the same seed regardless of processor generation or IPP version.
