Hello Intel Community,
I am currently working with Intel IPP for optimized performance in large-scale medical imaging applications, some functions have a 64-bit version (with _L suffix), while others do not.
Intel IPP provides large-array variants of many functions with the _L suffix (e.g., ippiConvValid_32f_L, ippsConv_32f_L). However, several commonly-used functions do not have 64-bit equivalents, including:
- ippsSub_32s_ISfs
- ippsMul_32s_ISfs etc
Request:
We would greatly appreciate if Intel could extend large-array support (_L variants) to these functions to enable seamless processing of larger datasets without workarounds or custom implementations.
Apart from the two APIs mentioned earlier, we require support for a few additional APIs as well. We plan to compile a list and submit a formal request. However, before proceeding, I would like to understand the process for raising a priority support request.
Specifically, can any employee from an organization that uses Intel products raise such a request, or does it need to be initiated by specific teams or authorized contacts within the organization?
I have already registered on the Intel Registration Center – User Portal. However, when I log in to the customer support portal and try to request IPP support, I receive a message stating that I am not eligible for priority support notifications.
Could you please help clarify this?
