Sinc Function (earlier part of IPP SR lib) not available in IPP 7.0

Hi,

 

We use s lot of sinc function in our appliation .I am trying to upgrade to IPP 7.1 version. I am using Vs2010. When I try to manually copy  the static library ippsremerge.lib abd ipsr.h  from IPP 6.1 and build after comment the redef I get following error

 

DebugIntel Win32 ------

1>LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'ippsremerged.obj'

========== Build: 0 succeeded, 1 failed, 1 up-to-date, 0 skipped ==========

  What should I do? How i can get Sinc function in 7.1

I am not sure exactly if it possible to do with 7.1. please check here (http://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-ipp-ippsresamplepolyphase-function-source-download) if this function available in this downloading.
