Hi,
I have Parallel Studio and the SGX SDK installed. But the Software Manager says I have nothing installed. I would like to update my IPP and Math Kernel libraries. What do you suggest I do?

Hi Arya,
What is the Software Manager ?
and if you have a license for Parallel Studio XE, please go ahead and login to : registrationcenter.intel.com/RegCenter/MyProducts.aspx
download Parallel Studio XE the latest version which contains the latest IPP and MKL.
Or if you use them for an evaluation or research purpose, go to each product's page for evaluate or community license.
IPP : https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-ipp
MKL : https://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-mkl
thank you

Hi,
The Software manager is normally saved in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intel\Intel Software Manager on windows. If you can not access latest version from Software Manager, please check with your network, and if your account information changed before cause the ISM is actually refer to your account on registration center.
Another way is to download from registration center manually. You could submit license, download questions/issues to start-up forum. Thank you.
Best regards,
Fiona
