Unable to decode any mpeg2 video using mpeg2 decoder sample

Is there any restriction for the video? Can somebody provide me any video that works?

Hi,
A Video stream begins with sequence header ( 00 00 01 B3) can be decoded by the sample code. I already sent a video stream file to you.
