Wishlist: ippiCopySymmetricBorder

Hi,

Several ippiCopy*Border functions are provided by the software, but one frequently used one is not available: symmetric borders. Is there a specific reason that this is not included?

I created my own ippiCopySymmetricBorder function, based on ippiCopy (with negative stepsize) and ippiMirror (I had a different problem there, but I'll leave that for another message), but it would be nice if it is included in the library.
