aac packet length

Hi!

I receive AAC stream from a camera. I have some AAC frame in one packet. How can I determine the length of the frames without decoding it? I have to use the audio playtime for AV synchronization.

Would you like to specify what AAC container do you have? ADIF, ADTS, MP4 or something else?
